Avengers: Endgame trailer was released last month, it also revealed the title of the film. As soon as the title was revealed to “Endgame”, fans went into a state of frenzy as Doctor Strange had teased it in Avengers: Infinity War, right before he was decimated by Thanos.
For those unaware, Stark, while amidst an argument in of the scenes of the film, had said, “A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in space. We’re standing three hundred feet below it. We’re the Avengers. We can bust arms dealers all the live long day but that, up there, that’s the endgame.”
While many thought it was Doctor Strange who had teased the title, a clipping of Tony Stark from Avengers: Age of Ultron went viral on the internet, where he was seen talking about the “Endgame”.
But, turns out, not just in the movie, Robert Downey Jr had also talked about the “Endgame” in one of the interviews during the pre-release promotions of Avengers: Age of Ultron. A short clip from an interview has now taken the Marvel fandom by a storm where Robert Downey Jr is seen talking about the “Endgame”. Explaining what Tony Stark would be up in the second Avengers movie, he says in the clip, “He’s working on a system. That will make it so the Avengers really won’t have to do what they’ve been doing all along which, purportedly should be the endgame.”
